and Yochanan became the father of Azariah, (he it is who executed the priest's office in the house that Solomon built in Jerusalem),

and Zadok the priest, and his brothers the priests, before the tabernacle of the LORD in the high place that was at Gibeon,

But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the priest's office.
