And, being not weakened in faith, he attentively considered his own body already dead (he being about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah's womb;

For the word of the promise is this: "At this season I will come, and Sarah shall have a son."

By faith Sarah herself also received power to conceive seed, even when past the age of child-bearing, since she accounted Him faithful, Who promised.

as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, of whom ye became children; if ye do good, and fear no alarm.
