so that you do not appear to men to fast, but to your Father in secret. And your Father who sees in secret shall reward you openly.
But when you make a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind, and you shall be blessed, for they cannot repay you; for you shall be repaid at the resurrection of the just.
