And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may experience what is the good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
And we know that all things co-operate for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to his purpose;
But some will say, How are the dead raised, and with what body do they come? Silly creature! that which thou sowest, is not quickened, except it die first. And as to what thou sowest, thou sowest not the very body that shall be produced, but a bare grain, it may be, of wheat, or any other corn:read more.
and God giveth it a body as He pleaseth, and to every one of the seeds it's own body. All flesh is not the same kind of flesh: but there is one flesh of men, and another of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds. There are also celestial bodies, and terrestrial bodies: but there is one glory of the celestial, and another of the terrestrial. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: and one star differeth from another star in glory. So also will be the resurrection of the dead. Our body is sown in corruption, it is raised incorruptible: it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown an animal body, it is raised a spiritual body: for there is an animal body, and there is a spiritual body. And so it is written, "The first man Adam was made a living soul." But the last Adam is an enlivening spirit. However, the spiritual is not first, but the animal; and afterwards the spiritual. The first man being made out of the earth, was earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. Such as the earthy was, such are they also that are earthy: and such, as is the heavenly, are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. But this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor doth what is corruptible inherit incorruption. Behold, I tell you a mystery: we shall not all sleep; but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the sound of the last trumpet (for the trumpet shall sound) and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed: for this corruptible body must put on incorruption, and this mortal body must be clothed with immortality. And when this corruptible shall be clothed with incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall come to pass the word that is written, "Death is swallowed up in victory." O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? the sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law: but thanks be to God, who giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Wherefore, my beloved brethren, be stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, since ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
And therefore if any one be in Christ, he is created anew: old things are passed away, behold all things are become new.
No temptation has yet taken you but what is common to man: and God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above what ye are able to sustain; but will with the temptation also make a way of escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
These things have I spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have trouble: but be of good courage, I have overcome the world.
He that saith, he abideth in Him, ought himself also so to walk even as He walked.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, and well-pleasing to God, as your rational service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may experience what is the good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
So also do ye reckon yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Be ye then imitators of me, as I also am of Christ.
created in Christ Jesus unto good works, for which God before prepared us, that we might walk in them.
which according to your former conversation was corrupted with deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind; and to put on the new man, which according to the image of God is created in righteousness, and true holiness.
Be ye therefore imitators of God as his dear children; and walk in love, even as Christ hath loved us, and given Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for an odor of sweet perfume.
I can do all things through Christ strengthening me.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, do I give unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Brethren, I count not myself to have attained it: but one thing I do, forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to those before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Beloved, we are now the children of God, but it doth not yet appear what we shall be: we know however, that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is. And every one, that hath this hope in Him, purifieth himself, even as He is pure.
now the Lord is that Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all with unveiled face beholding, as in a glass, the glory of the Lord, are transformed according to the same image from glory to glory, as proceeding from the Spirit of the Lord.
So also will be the resurrection of the dead. Our body is sown in corruption, it is raised incorruptible: it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown an animal body, it is raised a spiritual body: for there is an animal body, and there is a spiritual body.

who appeared in glory, and spake of his exit, which He was to make at Jerusalem. Now Peter and they that were with Him were heavy with sleep; but being awakened they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with Him.
and was transfigured before them: and his face shone like the sun, and his raiment became white as the light. And they saw Moses and Elias talking with Him.
