I know that the king of Egypt will not permit you to go, except under compulsion. So I will stretch out my hand and strike Egypt with all my wonders that I will do in it's midst. After that he will let you go.

Then it will happen, when many evils and troubles have come upon them, that this song will testify before them as a witness. It shall not be forgotten from the lips of their descendants. I know the intent they are developing today, before I have brought them into the land that I swore.

Yet this was insignificant in your eyes, O Sovereign Lord Jehovah for you have spoken also of your servant's house in the distant future. And this is the law for man, O Sovereign Lord Jehovah.

If this were not enough in your sight, O God, you have spoken about the future of the house of your servant. You have looked on me as though I were the most exalted of men, O Jehovah my God.

Even before I speak words from my tongue, behold, O Jehovah, You know it all.

The things I predicted have now come true. Now I will tell you of new things even before they begin to happen.

I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: 'My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.'

There is a God in heaven that reveals secrets. He made known to king Nebuchadnezzar what will be in days to come. Your dream and visions are these:

You took this man and delivered him by the determined counsel (purpose) and foreknowledge of God. With wicked hands you impaled and murdered him.

The things God fulfilled he announced beforehand by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer.

You saw a stone cut out of the mountain without hands. It broke the iron, brass, clay, silver, and the gold to pieces. The great God made known to the king what will happen in the future. The dream is certain, and the interpretation of it is sure.

Jehovah said to Abram: Know this for sure; your offspring will be strangers (aliens) in a land that is not theirs. They will be slaves there, and they shall be oppressed for four hundred years. I will bring judgment on the nation that they serve! Afterward they will come out with great possessions. As for yourself, you shall go to your ancestors in peace. Joseph said to Pharaoh: Pharaoh had the same dream twice. God has told Pharaoh what he is going to do.

Now I have come to make you understand what will happen to your people in the future for the vision is yet for many days.

When they left, the angel of God appeared to Joseph in a dream and said: Herod is looking to kill the young child. Arise, take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you to leave.

The Lord said to Paul in the night by a vision: Do not be afraid, but speak. Do not keep silent! I am with you and no man will harm you. I have many people in this city.

I urge you to be of good cheer for none of you will lose your life, only the ship. Last night an angel of the God of whom I serve stood beside me. He said, Paul, do not be afraid. You must stand before Caessar and God has graciously given you the lives of you and all who sail with you.

Do not brag about tomorrow for you do not know what a day may bring.

Be alert, for you do not know what day the Lord will come. Know this, if the master of the house had known what time the thief was coming, he would have watched and his house would not have been vandalized.

I am compelled by the spirit to go to Jerusalem, not knowing the things that will happen to me there.

You do not know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? For you are a vapor (puff of air) that appears for a little while and then vanishes away.

Your future is filled with hope,' says Jehovah. 'Your children will return to their own territory.'

Mark the blameless man, and behold the upright. His future will be filled with peace.

Surely there is a future hope and you will not be disappointed.

The knowledge of wisdom is sweet to you. When you find the knowledge of wisdom there is a reward. Your hope will not fail.

You have been abandoned and hated. No one has passed through you. But now I will make you a foundation of everlasting pride, a joy for all generations.

I know the plans (intentions) (thoughts) that I have for you, says Jehovah. They are plans (intentions) for peace and not disaster. They are intentions to give you a future filled with hope.

I will establish my covenant as a long lasting covenant between us. It will be for your descendants after you, for the generations to come. I will be your God and the God of your descendants after you.

If you live according to my laws and obey my commands, I will send you rain at the proper time. Then the land will produce crops and the trees will bear fruit. Your crops will be so plentiful that you will still be harvesting grain when it is time to pick grapes. You will still be picking grapes when it is time to plant grain. You will have all you want to eat and you will live in safety in your land.

As long as you live, you, your son, and your grandson must respect Jehovah your God. All of you must obey his laws and commandments I give you. Then you will live a long time.

Jehovah your God will prosper you abundantly in all the work of your hand. In the offspring of your body and in the offspring of your cattle and in the produce of your ground, you will prosper. Jehovah will again rejoice over you for good, just as he rejoiced over your fathers;

Jehovah will give you rain for the seed that you plant in the ground, and the food that the ground provides will be rich and nourishing. When that day comes, your cattle will graze in large pastures.

They will not toil in vain or bear children doomed to misfortune. For they will be a people blessed by Jehovah, they and their descendants with them.

Behold, the days are coming, said Jehovah, that the plowman will overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes by the one who sows seed. The mountains will drop sweet wine, and all the hills will melt.

For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. If I live in the flesh this will bring fruit from my labor. I do not know what to choose. I am hard pressed between the two. I have the desire to depart and be with Christ for it is far better.

I will certainly bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and the grains of sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of their enemies' cities. All the nations will ask me to bless them as I have blessed your descendants. This is because you obeyed my command.'

Everyone who has given up houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or child, or land, for my name, will receive many times as much, and have everlasting life.

Jesus said: Truly I tell you, a man that has left house, or brothers, or sisters, or mother, or father, or children, or lands, for my sake, and for the sake of the good news, will receive a hundred times as much now in this time, and in the age to come everlasting life.

Jesus said: Truly I tell you, no man has left house, or wife, or brother, or parents, or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, who shall not receive manifold more now and in the age to come everlasting life.

I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation is waiting for the manifestation (revelation) (disclosure) of the sons of God. The creation will also be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and is in pain together until now. We also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption and the release from our bodies by ransom. We are saved by this hope. But hope that is seen is not hope. For does a man hope for what he sees? If we hope for what we do not see, do we have patience to wait for it?

When the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.

Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be. We know that when he is revealed we will be like him. We will see him just as he is.

You are born to an incorruptible and undefiled inheritance that does not fade away and is reserved in heaven for you.

In my Father's house are many dwelling places. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you I will come again and I will receive you to myself, for where I am you may also be.

We know that if our earthly house (human body) (habitation of life) is destroyed; we have a building from God. It is an everlasting house in the heavens, not made with human hands.

This is because of the hope reserved for you in heaven. You heard about this hope from the word of truth, the good news.

For the Lord will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead in Christ will rise first. We that are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so will we ever be with the Lord.

They said: You men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was received up from you into heaven will come in a similar manner as you saw him go into heaven.

I saw in the night-visions someone like a SON OF MAN came with the clouds of heaven. He came to the Ancient of Days. They brought him near before him.

The sign of the Son of man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of earth will mourn. They will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

They will see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

Then they will see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

However, our citizenship is in heaven. We also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.

For the Lord will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God: and the dead in Christ will rise first.

Now we ask you, brothers, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together to him,

So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. He will appear the second time without sin to those who look to him for their salvation.

You also be patient. Make your hearts firm, for the coming of the Lord is near.

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last reverberation of the trumpet: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

Do not wonder about this for the hour is coming when everyone in the grave will hear his voice. They will return. Those who did good will have the resurrection of life. Those who did evil will receive the resurrection of judgment.

This is the will of him that sent me that I should not lose any of those he has given me, but I should raise them up at the last day. For this is the will of my Father. Every one who sees the Son and puts active faith in him will have everlasting life, and I will raise him up at the last day.

I have hope toward God, which they also accept, that there will be a resurrection of the dead, both of the righteous and the unrighteous.

We know that he who raised the Lord Jesus will raise us also with Jesus, and will present us with you.

I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them. I also saw the people who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image. They had not received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands. They lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. We must all appear before the judgment-seat of Christ; that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether it is good or bad.

Loving-kindness belongs to you, O Jehovah. You reward a person based on what he has done.

The Son of man will come in the glory of his Father with his angels. He will then reward each man according to his deeds.

When the Son of man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. All nations will be gathered before him. He will then separate them one from another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.

It is appointed to men once to die, but after this the judgment:

According to the same word, the heavens that now are, and the earth, are reserved for fire, being kept for the Day of Judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

This is love made perfect through us, that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment. Just as he is, we are, amid (exposed to) this world.

The sea gave up the dead in it. Death and the grave delivered up the dead in them. Every man was judged according to his works.

On this mountain He will destroy the shroud that is cast over all peoples, the sheet that is spread over all nations. He will swallow up death forever! The Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces. He will take away the disgrace of His people from the earth. Jehovah has spoken!

Then the evil (lawless) one will be revealed. The Lord Jesus will put him to death with the breath of his mouth, and destroy him by the manifestation (brightness) (advent) (revelation) of his coming. (Greek: parousia: presence, return, being near)

Since the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also took part of the same things, that through death he might destroy him that had the power to cause death, [Satan] the Devil.

They will hunger no more, nor thirst any more; neither shall the sunlight beat down on them, nor any heat.

The nations were angry. Your wrath (indignation) has come! It is time to judge the dead, to reward your servants the prophets, the holy ones, and those who reverence your name the small and the great. Time to destroy (exterminate) (eradicate) those who destroy the earth.

The beast was captured, and with him the false prophet that performed signs before him, with which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast, and those who worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with sulfur. The rest were killed with the sword that came from the mouth of the one who sat on the horse. All the birds were filled with their flesh.

The devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet are, and will be tormented day and night forever.

The seventh angel blew his trumpet. There were great voices in heaven, saying: The kingdom of the world has become our God's, and his Christ will rule as king forever and ever.

The wolf will dwell with the lamb, and the leopard will lie down with the young goat, and the calf and the young lion and the well-fed animal together. A little boy will lead them. Also the cow and the bear will graze. Their young will lie down together. And the lion will eat straw like the ox. The nursing child will play by the hole of the cobra. They will not hurt or destroy in my entire holy mountain. This is because the earth will be full of the knowledge of Jehovah just as the waters cover the sea.

Jehovah will be King over all the earth. Jehovah will be the only one and his name will be the only one in that day.

In the end Christ will deliver the kingdom to God the Father. Christ will destroy every ruler and all authority and all power.

I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. There was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. Then I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying: Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men. He will dwell with them and they will be his people! God will be with them, and be their God.read more.
God will wipe away all tears from their eyes. There will be no more death. There will be no more sorrow nor crying. There will be no more pain! The former things have passed away. He who sat on the throne said: Behold, I make all things new. Then he told me to write: for these words are faithful and true.

This may be a sign among you when your children ask their fathers what is the meaning of these stones? You will answer them that the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the Ark of the Covenant of Jehovah. When it passed over Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. These stones will be for a memorial to the children of Israel for as long as they live.

When you enter the land Jehovah will give you, as he has promised, you shall observe this rite. When your children ask you: What does this rite mean to you? You shall say: 'It is a Passover sacrifice to Jehovah who passed over the houses of the sons of Israel in Egypt when He killed the Egyptians, but spared our homes. The people bowed low and worshiped.'

Moses said: This is what Jehovah has commanded: 'Let two quarts of it be kept throughout your generations. Then they may see the bread with which I fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you out of the land of Egypt.' Moses said to Aaron: Take a jar, and put two quarts of manna in it. Place it before Jehovah, to be kept throughout your generations.

In the future your son will ask you: 'What is the meaning of these laws and regulations that Jehovah our God has commanded you?' You will answer your son: 'We were Pharaoh's slaves in Egypt, and Jehovah brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

He spoke to the children of Israel: When your children will ask their fathers in time to come, what these stones mean? Then you will let your children know, saying: Israel came over this Jordan River on dry land.

but instead, as a sign for our people and yours, and for the generations after us, that we do indeed worship Jehovah. We do this before his sacred Tabernacle with our offerings to be burned and with sacrifices and fellowship offerings. This was to keep your descendants from saying that ours have nothing to do with Jehovah.

There will be descendants who serve him, a generation that will be told about Jehovah.

I will cause your name to be remembered in all generations. Therefore the peoples will give you thanks forever and ever.

Brothers, I could not yet have obtained it. But one thing I do, I forget the things that are behind, and stretch forward to the things that are ahead. I press on toward the goal to the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Run for your lives! The angels warned. Do not stop and do not look behind you! Escape to the mountains, or you will die.

Forget what happened in the past, and do not dwell on events from long ago. I am going to do something new. It is already happening. Do you recognize it? I will clear a way in the desert. I will make rivers on dry land.

If you have been raised together with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Think about the things that are above, not on the things that are upon the earth.

A great cloud of witnesses surround us. Therefore let us lay aside every weight, and the sin that easily entangles us. Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. Look to (consider without distractions) Jesus, the Leader (Predecessor) and Finisher (Perfecter) of our faith. He despised the shame. He endured the stake for the joy that was set before him. Then he sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
