When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder:

Behold, he spreads his lightning upon it, and covers the depths of the sea.

Can you send lightnings, that they may go, and say unto you, Here we are?

Have you an arm like God? or can you thunder with a voice like him?
