Jesus told his disciples a parable about their need to pray all the time and never give up.
And he was not willing for a time, but after these [things] he said to himself, 'Even if I do not fear God or respect people,
Another time, speaking to people who were satisfied that they were religious, and who regarded every one else with scorn, Jesus told this parable--
And Jesus having called them, said, Leave the young children to come to me, and hinder them not: for of such is time kingdom of God.
And he said, All these things I have done from the time when I was a boy.
Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.
So He said: "Once upon a time a man of noble birth went off to a distant country to get for himself a kingdom and then return.
saying, Go into the village over against you, in which ye will find, on entering it, a colt tied up, on which no child of man ever sat at any time: loose it and lead it here.
Now [as] he was drawing near by this time to the descent from the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of the disciples began rejoicing to praise God with a loud voice for all the miracles that they had seen,
saying, "If thou hadst known those things which belong unto thy peace, even at thy time: But now are they hid from thine eyes.
For the time will come when your attackers will put a wall round you, and come all round you and keep you in on every side,
And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.
Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time.
And at the proper time he sent a slave to the tenant farmers, so that they would give him [some] of the fruit of the vineyard. But the tenant farmers sent him away empty-handed [after] beating [him].
The chief priests, and the Scribes perceiving that he had applied this parable to them, were eager to seize upon him at that very time; but they were afraid of the people.
From that time, however, no one ventured to challenge Him with a single question.
Who devour the houses of widows, and, for a show, are a long time at prayer. These, shall receive, a heavier sentence.
"As for all this that you are admiring, the time is coming when not one stone will be left upon another, that will not be torn down."
And he said, Take heed that ye be not led astray: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am he ; and, The time is at hand: go ye not after them.
This will turn out to you for a [time of] witness.
So take care not to be troubled before the time comes, about what answers you will give:
for this is the time of vengeance, when all that is writ, shall be accomplished.
"Alas for the women who at that time are with child or who have infants; for there will be great distress in the land, and anger towards this People.
And they shall fall on the edge of the sword. And they shall be led captive into all nations. And Jerusalem shall be trodden underfoot of the gentiles, until the time of the gentiles be fulfilled.
When they put out [foliage], now you see for yourselves [and] know that by this time the summer is near.
And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
Watch therefore, in all time praying, that ye be deemed worthy to escape all these about to be, and to stand before the Son of man.
And in the day-time he was teaching in the temple; and at night he went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Olives.
And when the time had come, he took his seat, and the Apostles with him.
for I declare unto you, I shall not celebrate this passover with you any more, to the time, when it shall have its accomplishment in the kingdom of the messiah.

Then He said to them, "But this time the person who has a money belt should take it, and also [he should take] a traveling bag. And if he does not have a sword, he should sell his coat and buy one.

But we were hoping that he would be the Saviour of Israel. In addition to all this he has now let three days go by from the time when these things took place;
And they urged him strongly, saying, "Stay with us, because it is [getting] toward evening, and by this time the day is far spent." And he went in to stay with them.

Jesus said to her, Woman, this is not your business; my time is still to come.

And when they heard [what He had said], they [all] left, one at a time, beginning with the oldest men. So, Jesus was left alone with the woman [still standing] there where she was.
"No one, Sir," she replied. "And *I* do not condemn you either," said Jesus; "go, and from this time do not sin any more."
