Then would they have received him into the ship, and the ship was by and by at the land whither they went.
Howbeit, there came other ships from Tiberias, nigh unto the place where they ate bread, when the Lord had blessed.
Then when the people saw that Jesus was not there, neither his disciples, they also took shipping and came to Capernaum seeking for Jesus.
And when they had found him on the other side of the sea, they said unto him, "Rabbi, when camest thou hither?"
Then said they unto him, "What shall we do that we might work the works of God?"

Then sought they to take him: but no man laid hands on him, because his time was not yet come.

They answered him, "We be Abraham's seed, and were never bond to any man: why sayest thou then, 'Ye shall be made free?'"
They answered, and said unto him, "Abraham is our father." Jesus said unto them, "If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the deeds of Abraham.

Then spake they unto the blind again, "What sayest thou of him, because he hath opened thine eyes?" And he said, "He is a prophet."

And they asked them saying, "Is this your son, whom ye say was born blind? How doth he now see then?"
Such words spake his father, and mother, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had conspired already that if any man did confess that he was Christ, he should be excommunicated out of the Synagogue.
Then again called they the man that was blind, and said unto him, "Give God the praise; we know that this man is a sinner."
Then said they to him again, "What did he to thee? How opened he thine eyes?"
Then rated they him, and said, "Thou art his disciple. We be Moses' disciples.

Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lift up his eyes and said, "father I thank thee, because that thou hast heard me;

This is life eternal: that they might know thee, that only very God, and whom thou hast sent, Jesus Christ.
"I have declared thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world. Thine they were, and thou gavest them me, and they have kept thy sayings.
Now have they known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me, are of thee.
For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me, and they have received them, and know surely that I came out from thee: and do believe that thou didst send me.
I pray for them, and I pray not for the world: but for them which thou hast given me, for they are thine,
And now am I no more in the world, but they are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy father, keep in thine own name them which thou hast given me, that they may be one as we are.
Now come I to thee, and these words speak I in the world, that they might have my joy full in them.
I have given them thy words, and the world hath hated them: because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
