O Yahweh, hear a just cause. Hear my cry; heed my prayer [I make] without deceitful lips.

Let my verdict of vindication come from Your presence;
May Your eyes look with equity and behold things that are just.

As for the actions of people -- just as you have commanded, I have not followed in the footsteps of violent men.

The commands to fear the Lord are right and endure forever. The judgments given by the Lord are trustworthy and absolutely just.

The LORD is good and just; therefore he will teach sinners concerning the way.

Be glad in Jehovah, and rejoice, ye just: and shout for joy, all ye upright of heart.

Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous, for it becometh well the just to be thankful.

For the Lord's decrees are just, and everything he does is fair.

Thy righteousness, is like mighty mountains, and, thy just decrees, are a great resounding deep, - Man and beast, thou savest, O Yahweh!

He will vindicate you in broad daylight, and publicly defend your just cause.

The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.

A little to the just one is good more than the wealth of many unjust.

For the arms of the unjust shall be broken, and Jehovah upholds the just

in the city of Yahweh of Hosts,
in the city of our God;

Surely men of low degree are just a breath, and men of high degree are a lie. In the balances they will go up. They are together lighter than a breath.

Just as I am satisfied with the choicest of foods, so my lips will praise you joyfully.

For Solomon. O God, grant the king the ability to make just decisions! Grant the king's son the ability to make fair decisions!

The just one shall break forth in his days, and a multitude of peace even till no moon.

Just look at these wicked people! They're perpetually carefree as they increase their wealth.

And all the horns of the unjust will I cut off; the horns of the just one shall be exalted.

Certainly spending just one day in your temple courts is better than spending a thousand elsewhere. I would rather stand at the entrance to the temple of my God than live in the tents of the wicked.

For a thousand years in your sight are just like yesterday when it is past, like a watch in the night.

The just one shall flourish as the palm tree: he shall become great as the cedar in Lebanon.

to declare: “The Lord is just;
He is my rock,
and there is no unrighteousness in Him.”

Lift up Yourself, Judge of the earth; give a just repayment to the proud.

They shall break in upon the soul of the just one, and they shall condemn innocent blood.

Light was sown for the just one, and gladness for the upright of heart

Be glad ye just, in Jehovah, and praise him at the remembrance of his holiness.

before the Lord! For he comes to judge the earth! He judges the world fairly, and the nations in a just manner.

Just as a father has compassion on his children,
So the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.

Remember his wonders which he hath done, His portents, and the just decisions of his mouth.

Yahweh himself, is our God, Through all the land, are his just decision.

When they were few in number, just a very few, and resident aliens within it,

The works of His hands are true and just, Stedfast are all His appointments.

Light arises in the darkness for the upright;
He is gracious and compassionate and righteous (upright—in right standing with God).

He will never be shaken; the one who is just will always be remembered.

Those who make them are just like them,
as are all who trust in them.

Jehovah is merciful and just, and our God compassionates

A voice of rejoicing and salvation in the tents of the just the right hand of Jehovah did strength.

Open for me the gates of the just king's temple! I will enter through them and give thanks to the Lord.

This the gate to Jehovah, the just shall go into it

But there is forgiveness with You,

Their [wicked, godless] judges are thrown down the sides of the rocky cliff,
And they [who followed them] will hear my words, for they are pleasant (just).

Just as one plows and breaks up the earth, our bones are scattered near the entrance to the place of the dead.

If they say—“Come with us!
Let’s set an ambush and kill someone.
Let’s attack some innocent person just for fun!
