'Keep' in the Bible

Adah gave birth to Jabal; he was the first of those who live in tents and keep livestock.

You must bring into the ark two of every kind of living creature from all flesh, male and female, to keep them alive with you.

Keep his commandments very carefully, as well as the stipulations and statutes he commanded you to observe.

So keep the commandments, statutes, and ordinances that I today am commanding you to do.

If you obey these ordinances and are careful to do them, the Lord your God will faithfully keep covenant with you as he promised your ancestors.

You must keep carefully all these commandments I am giving you today so that you may live, increase in number, and go in and occupy the land that the Lord promised to your ancestors.

So you must keep his commandments, live according to his standards, and revere him.

and to keep the Lord's commandments and statutes that I am giving you today for your own good?

Be certain to keep all the statutes and ordinances that I am presenting to you today.

The rest of the people will hear and become afraid to keep doing such evil among you.

You may lend with interest to a foreigner, but not to your fellow Israelite; if you keep this command the Lord your God will bless you in all you undertake in the land you are about to enter to possess.

Today the Lord your God is commanding you to keep these statutes and ordinances, something you must do with all your heart and soul.
