'It is Written' in the Bible
For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the intelligent.
that as it is written, He that glories, let him glory in the Lord.
but as it is written, An eye has not seen, an ear has not heard, neither have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those that love him;
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written; He takes the wise in their craftiness.
For it is written in the law of Moses, You shall not muzzle the ox that threshes. Does God care for oxen?
Neither be idolaters, as some of them were, as it is written; The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
