How think ye? If a man have a hundred sheep, and one of them should be gone astray, doth he not leave ninety and nine in the mountains, and go and seek that one which is gone astray?
Even so, it is not the will of your father in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.

and should sleep and rise up night and day: and the seed should spring, and grow up while he is not aware.
And he charged them straightly that no man should know of it; and commanded to give her meat.
And commanded them, that they should take nothing unto their Journey, save a rod only: Neither scrip, neither bread, neither money in their purses:
but should be shod with sandals. And that they should not put on two coats.
And they went out and preached, that they should repent:
And from thence he rose and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into a house, and would that no man should have known of him: But he could not be hid.
And he commanded them that they should tell no man. But the more he forbade them, so much the more a great deal they published it.
And if I should send them away fasting to their own houses, they should faint by the way. For divers of them came from far."
And his disciples answered him, "Where should a man have bread here in the wilderness to satisfy these?"

He said unto them, "What would ye I should do unto you?"
And many rebuked him, that he should hold his peace. But he cried the more a great deal, "Thou son of David have mercy on me."
"Master, Moses wrote unto us, if any man's brother die, and leave his wife behind him, and leave no children: that then his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
And except that the Lord had should shorten those days, no man should be saved. But for the elects' sake, which he hath chosen, he hath shortened those days.
lest if he come suddenly, he should find you sleeping.
Peter said unto him, "And though all men should be offended, yet would not I."
And he spake bolder, "No, if I should die with thee, I will not deny thee." Likewise also said they all.

It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were cast into the sea, rather than that he should offend one of these little ones.

Moreover, those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.'"
And when he was now come where he should go down from the Mount Olivet, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice, and to laud God with a loud voice, for all the miracles that they had seen,
He answered, and said unto them, "I tell you, if these should hold their peace, the stones would cry."
