Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.
For me [the] wicked [lie in] wait to destroy me. I give attention to your testimonies.

A Song of the Ascents. Lo, bless Jehovah, all servants of Jehovah, Who are standing in the house of Jehovah by night.
Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever:
Remember, O Jehovah, against the sons of Edom, the day of Jerusalem; who said, Lay it bare, Lay it bare, down to its foundation!
Though the Lord is high, he sees those who are low; and he has knowledge from far off of those who are lifted up.
