We know and believe the love that God has for us. God is love! He who continues with love lives with God and God lives with him.

THANKS TO JEHOVAH! He has given his people Israel rest, as he has promised. None of the good promises he made through his servant Moses has failed to come true.

Jehovah granted them peace throughout the land. This is just as he had promised their ancestors. Not one of all their enemies was able to stand against them, because Jehovah gave the Israelites the victory over all their enemies. Just as he kept every promise that he made to you, so he will carry out every threat.

Men swear by someone greater then themselves: and an oath for confirmation to them puts an end to the problem. When God desired to show more convincingly to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable character of his purpose, he confirmed it with an oath. God did this to offer encouragement so we may rely on the hope offered to us. We have taken refuge in that hope and it is impossible for God to lie. These two things can never be changed.

Be determined and with good courage. Do not be afraid of them. Your God, Jehovah, will be with you. He will not fail you or abandon you.
