'Saying' in the Bible
And with many other words he testified and strongly urged them, saying, “Be saved from this corrupt generation!”
You are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant that God made with your ancestors, saying to Abraham, And all the families of the earth will be blessed through your offspring.

Now I am saying this for your own benefit, not to put a restraint on you, but because of what is proper and so that you may be devoted to the Lord without distraction.
Am I saying this from a human perspective? Doesn’t the law also say the same thing?
Or isn’t He really saying it for us? Yes, this is written for us, because he who plows ought to plow in hope, and he who threshes should do so in hope of sharing the crop.
What am I saying then? That food offered to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything?
Otherwise, if you praise with the spirit, how will the uninformed person say “Amen” at your giving of thanks, since he does not know what you are saying?
When this corruptible is clothedwith incorruptibility,and this mortal is clothedwith immortality,then the saying that is written will take place:Death has been swallowed up in victory.
I am not saying this as a command. Rather, by means of the diligence of others, I am testing the genuineness of your love.

After this I heard something like the loud voice of a vast multitude in heaven, saying:Hallelujah!Salvation, glory, and power belong to our God,
Then the 24 elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God, who is seated on the throne, saying:Amen! Hallelujah!
A voice came from the throne, saying:Praise our God,all His slaves, who fear Him,both small and great!
Then I heard something like the voice of a vast multitude, like the sound of cascading waters, and like the rumbling of loud thunder, saying:Hallelujah, because our Lord God, the Almighty,has begun to reign!
Then I saw an angel standing on the sun, and he cried out in a loud voice, saying to all the birds flying high overhead, “Come, gather together for the great supper of God,
