Then those who had done what was right [i.e., the ones at His right side] replied, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you? Or thirsty, and give you [something] to drink?
Then will he say to those on the left, Go from me, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire which is ready for the Evil One and his angels:
And these [i.e., the ones at His left side] will go away to never ending punishment, but those who did what was right will go to never ending life."
And while he was still talking, Judas, one of the twelve, came, and with him a band armed with swords and sticks, from the chief priests and those in authority over the people.
And behold, one of those with Jesus extended his hand [and] drew his sword, and striking the slave of the high priest, cut off his ear.
Then Jesus says to him, Return thy sword into its place, for all those who take a sword will die by a sword.
Now those who had arrested Jesus led [him] away to Caiaphas the high priest, where the scribes and the elders had gathered.
And [when he] went out to the gateway, another [female slave] saw him and said to those [who were] there, "This man was with Jesus the Nazarene."
And after a little [while] those who were standing there came up [and] said to Peter, "You really are [one] of them also, because even your accent {reveals who you are}."
Now when it was morning, all the chief priests and those in authority took thought together with the purpose of putting Jesus to death.
Then Judas, who was false to him, seeing that he was to be put to death, in his regret took back the thirty bits of silver to the chief priests and those in authority,
But when the chief priests and those in authority made statements against him, he gave no answer.
Now the chief priests and those in authority got the people to make request for Barabbas, and for Jesus to be put to death.
And those who passed by reviled him, shaking their heads
In the same way, the chief priests, making sport of him, with the scribes and those in authority, said,
And some of those who were standing there, [when they] heard [it], said, "This man is summoning Elijah!"
Now the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus, [when they] saw the earthquake and the things that took place, were extremely frightened, saying, "Truly this man was God's Son!"
And many of the women were there, watching from a distance, those who had followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering to Him, watching from a distance;
And those watching over shook from fear of him, and became as dead men.
And when they had come together with those in authority, and had made their decision, they gave much money to the watchmen, saying,
John came, and gave baptism in the waste land, preaching baptism as a sign of forgiveness of sin for those whose hearts were changed.
And all the country of Judea and all those of Jerusalem went out to him, and they were baptized by him in the Jordan river, confessing their sins.
And it happened that in those days Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized in the Jordan by John.
And going on a little further, He saw James, the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, and those in the ship mending the nets.
Now [when it] was evening, when the sun had set, they began bringing to him all those {who were sick} and those who were demon-possessed.
and He healed many of those who were sick with various diseases and drove out many evil spirits. But He did not permit the evil spirits to tell people [who He was], because they knew who He was [i.e., the Christ].
And Simon and those [who were] with him searched diligently for him.
and said unto him, "See that thou say nothing to any man, but get thee hence and show thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimonial unto them."

And these in like manner are those being sown upon the rocky places, who, whenever they may hear the word, straightaway receive it with joy.
And others are those planted among the thorns; these are they who have given ear to the word,
And those are the ones sown on the good soil, who hear the word and receive [it] and bear fruit--one thirty and one sixty and one a hundred [times as much]."
And he said to them, Watch what ye hear. By what measure ye measure, it will be measured to you, and to those who hear, it will be added to you.
For, to those who have, more will be given; while, from those who have nothing, even what they have will be taken away."
and He did not say anything to them without [using] a parable; He did, however, explain everything privately to His own disciples.
The evil spirits begged Him, saying, "Send us into those [wild] hogs, so we can enter their bodies."
And those that were feeding them fled and reported it in the city and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that had taken place.

And he said to them, "You yourselves come privately to an isolated place and rest for a short time." For those [who were] coming and going were many, and they did not even have time to eat.
Many [people] saw them leaving, and recognized them and ran there together on foot from all the [surrounding] cities, and got there ahead of them.
And those who took of the bread were five thousand men.
And went running through all the country round about, and took on their beds those who were ill, to where it was said that he was.
And wherever he went, into small towns, or great towns, or into the country, they took those who were ill into the market-places, requesting him that they might put their hands even on the edge of his robe: and all those who did so were made well.
Jesus answered, to such hypocrites as you may well be applied those words of the prophet Esaias, "this people honour me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
There is nothing outside the man which, going into him, is able to make him unclean: but the things which come out of the man are those which make the man unclean.
"For those words of yours, go home," He replied; "the demon has gone out of your daughter."
And they were overcome with wonder, saying, He has done all things well: he even gives back the power of hearing and the power of talking to those who have been without them.
In those days again, when there was a great mass of people and they had no food, he made his disciples come to him and said to them,
And those who ate were about four thousand, and he sent them away.
He sighed deeply in his spirit and remarked, "Why do those living today demand a sign? I tell all of you with certainty, no sign will be given to this generation."

but if any one shall cause the meanest of those, who believe in me, to transgress, it had been better for him that a milstone were hanged about his neck, and he were thrown into the sea.
For in hell the worm of those who are there will never die [i.e., their gnawing punishment will never cease] and the fire [there] will never go out.
Therefore, those whom God so joins together [in the marriage bond], no person must ever separate."
And they brought little children to him that he might touch them. But the disciples rebuked those that brought them.
Jesus, however, on seeing this, was moved to indignation, and said to them, "Let the little children come to me: do not hinder them; for to those who are childlike the Kingdom of God belongs.
And Jesus, looking round about, said to his disciples, How hard it is for those who have wealth to come into the kingdom of God!
And the disciples were full of wonder at his words. But Jesus said to them again, Children, how hard it is for those who put faith in wealth to come into the kingdom of God!
"My sons, how hard it is for those who trust in money to enter the kingdom of God. It is easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven."
But a great number who are first will be last: and those who are last will be first.
And they were on the way, going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus was going before them: and they were full of wonder; but those who came after him were in fear. And again he took the twelve, and gave them word of the things which were to come on him,
But to be seated at my right hand or at my left is not for me to give: but it is for those for whom it has been made ready.
And Jesus made them come to him, and said to them, You see that those who are made rulers over the Gentiles are lords over them, and their great ones have authority over them.
And some of those who were there said to them, What are you doing, taking the ass?
And those who went in front, and those who came after, were crying, Glory: A blessing on him who comes in the name of the Lord:
And they came to Jerusalem; and he went into the Temple, and sent out those who were trading there, overturning the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those who were offering doves for money;
Verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, 'Take away thyself, and cast thyself into the sea'; and shall not waver in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he sayeth shall come to pass, whatsoever he sayeth shall be done to him.
And they came again to Jerusalem: and while he was walking in the Temple, there came to him the chief priests and the scribes and those in authority:
But those tenants seized his slave, beat him, and sent him away empty-handed.
But those workmen said among themselves, This is he who will one day be the owner of the property; come, let us put him to death, and the heritage will be ours.
Now what will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come back and destroy those tenants and give the vineyard to others.
And have ye not read this scripture: The stone that those who build rejected, this came to be into the head of the corner.
and as for the dead, that they will actually rise, have you not read in the book of Moses those words, which God pronounc'd out of the bush to him, "I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?"
[So], He is not God to those who are dead, but [He is] God to those who are alive. You are seriously mistaken."
