'Instructions' in the Bible

because Abraham listened to My voice and kept My mandate, My commands, My statutes, and My instructions.”

Rebekah gave these instructions to her son Jacob: "Quick! Pay attention!" she said. "I heard your father talking to your brother Esau. He told him,

Then the Lord said to Moses, “I am going to rain bread from heaven for you. The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day. This way I will test them to see whether or not they will follow My instructions.

Then the Lord said to Moses, “How long will you refuse to keep My commands and instructions?

When they have a dispute, it comes to me and I decide between a person and his neighbor, and make known the statutes of God and his instructions."

You are to teach them the statutes and instructions and make known to them the way they're to go and the things they're to do.

carry out the verdict that was declared to you at the place that the LORD will choose. Carefully observe all of their instructions to you

May my instructions descend like rain and may my words flow like dew, as light rain upon the grass, and as showers upon new plants.

because they're not just empty words for you they are your very life. Through these instructions you will live long in the land that you are about to cross over the Jordan River to possess."

Only be strong and very courageous to ensure that you obey all the instructions that my servant Moses gave you turn neither to the right nor to the left from it so that you may succeed wherever you go.

The order of Esther established these instructions for Purim, and it was officially recorded.

But his delight is in the law of the Lord,And on His law [His precepts and teachings] he [habitually] meditates day and night.

of those who keep His covenant,who remember to observe His precepts.

They quickly forgot what he had done; they did not wait for his instructions.

because they had rebelled against God's commands, and rejected the instructions of the sovereign king.

The works of His hands are truth and justice;all His instructions are trustworthy.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;all who follow His instructions have good insight.His praise endures forever.

(Bet) How can a young person maintain a pure life? By guarding it according to your instructions!

I find delight in your statutes; I do not forget your instructions.

(Gimel) Be kind to your servant! Then I will live and keep your instructions.

(Khet) The Lord is my source of security. I have determined to follow your instructions.

Your instructions are totally reliable; all your just regulations endure.

/ (Sin/Shin) Rulers pursue me for no reason, yet I am more afraid of disobeying your instructions.
