Yet Michael the archangel, when he strove against the devil, and disputed the body of Moses, durst not give railing sentence, but said, "The Lord rebuke thee."

when the angels, which are greater both in power and might, receive not of the Lord railing judgment against them.

Take my yoke on you, and learn of me; for I am meek, and lowly of heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

For the LORD hath pleasure in his people, and helpeth the meek hearted.

Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

And the people chode with Moses, and said, "Give us water to drink." And Moses said unto them, "Why chide ye with me, and wherefore do ye tempt the LORD?"

Brethren, if any man be fallen by chance into any fault, ye which are spiritual, help to amend him, in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have known what end the Lord made. For the Lord is very pitiful, and merciful.
