How long will our land be dry and the grass in every field be withered? Animals and birds are dying because of the wickedness of our people. These people say: God does not see what we are doing.

Therefore the land will mourn. All the inhabitants are weak. The beasts of the field, the birds of the heavens and the fish of the sea will also perish.

The earth will mourn, and the sky will grow black. I have spoken, and I have determined it. I will not change my plans, and I will not turn back!

The earth mourns and fades away, the world fades and withers, the exalted people of the earth mourn.

The land will have enough food for you, and you will have everything you need. The land has rocks with iron ore. You will be able to mine copper ore in the mountains.

Look for and earnestly desire the coming presence of the Day of Jehovah. (Zephaniah 1:14) The heavens being on fire will be dissolved (destroyed), and the elements will melt with intense heat!

Their measure is longer than the earth and wider than the sea.

The mountains quake because of him, and the hills melt. The earth trembles (shakes) (heaves) at his presence, yes, the world, and all that dwells in it.

He stretches out the northern sky over empty space, and hangs the earth upon nothing.

You established the earth upon its foundations, so that it will not be unstable forever.
