And David called one of the young men and said, Go near; fall on him. And he struck him so that he died.

And Joab and the people with him drew near to the battle against the Syrians. And they fled before him.

and if it be so that the king's wrath arise, and he say to you, Why did you approach so near to the city when you fought? Did you not know that they would shoot from the wall?

And when he had come near her, the woman said, Are you Joab? And he answered, I am. And she said to him, Hear the words of your handmaid. And he answered, I hear.
