'Righteous' in the Bible

A man shall not be established by wickedness: but the root of the righteous shall not be moved.

The wicked desireth the net of evil men: but the root of the righteous yieldeth fruit.

An evil man is trapped by his rebellious speech,but a righteous one escapes from trouble.

The light of the righteous rejoiceth: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.

But Samaria did not commit even half your sins. You have multiplied your detestable practices beyond theirs and made your sisters appear righteous by all the detestable things you have committed.
