because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance.

You see that his faith worked together with what he did, and by his actions his faith was made complete.

You observe that a person is justified through actions and not through faith alone.

For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without actions is also dead.

And the prayer offered in faith will save the person who is sick. The Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed any sins, he will be forgiven.
