But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit; for they are foolishness to him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

For if any one see thee, who hast knowledge, sitting at meat in an idol-temple, will not the conscience of him that is weak be encouraged to eat of the things sacrificed to the idol?
Therefore let him that standeth, take heed, lest he fall.
Doth not nature itself teach you, that for a man to have long hair, is a disgrace to him?
Therefore let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup.
And if any one be hungry, let him eat at home, that ye come not together to condemnation. And the rest I will set in order when I come.
But now hath God set the members, every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue, speaketh not to men, but to God; for no one understandeth him, though by the Spirit he speaketh mysteries:
Yet if I know not the meaning of the language, I shall be a barbarian to him that speaketh, and he that speaketh will be a barbarian to me.
Therefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue, pray that he may interpret.
But if there be no interpreter, let him be silent in the church, and let him speak to himself and to God.
If any one think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things which I write to you, are the commandments of the Lord.
But if any one is ignorant, let him be ignorant.
But when he saith, All things are put under him, it is manifest that he who did put all things under him is excepted.
But when all things shall be put under him, then shall the Son himself also be subject to him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, who is the head, even Christ:
and been taught by him, (as the truth is in Jesus) To put off,
Let him that stole, steal no more; but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
And ye masters, do the same things to them, forbearing threatning, knowing that your master is in heaven, and there is no respect of persons with him.
