But Jesus, answering, said, "Ye know not what ye are asking. Are ye able to drink the cup that I am about to drink?" They say to Him, "We are able."

He saith to them, "My cup, indeed, ye shall drink; but to sit on My right hand, and on My left, is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared by My Father."

And, if any one say anything to you, ye shall say, 'The Lord hath need of them;' and straight-way he will send them."

And Jesus, answering, said to them, "Verily I say to you, if ye have faith, and do not doubt, not only the withering of the fig tree shall ye accomplish, but, even if ye say to this mountain, 'Be lifted up, and be cast into the sea,' it shall be done.

The immersion of John??hence was it? from Heaven or from men?" And they were reasoning among themselves, saying, "If we say, 'From Heaven,' He will say to us, 'Why, then, did ye not believe him?'

And, answering Jesus, they said, "We do not know." He also said to them, "Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things."

And they send to Him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, "Teacher, we know that Thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one; for Thou dost not look into the face of men:

tell us, therefore, what thinkest Thou: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar or not?"

But, He, answering, said to them, "See ye not all these things? verily I say to you, there shall in no wise be left here a stone upon a stone, that shall not be thrown down."

and let him who is in the field not turn back to take his garment.

If, therefore, they say to you, 'Behold, He is in the wilderness;' go not forth; 'Behold, He is in the secret chambers,' believe it not,

Verily I say to you, this generation will not pass away, until all these things come to pass.

and they knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

But know this, that, had the householder known at what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken through.

the lord of that servant will come in a day when he is not expecting him, and in an hour when he knows not,

But the wise answered, saying, 'Perhaps there will not be enough for us and you; go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.'
