After these things Jesus went over the sea of Galilee, which is the sea of Tiberias.

Therefore they gathered them together, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained over and above unto them that had eaten.

Then they willingly received him into the ship: and immediately the ship was at the land to which they went.

The day following, when the people who stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other boat there, except that one into which his disciples were entered, and that Jesus went not with his disciples into the boat, but that his disciples were gone away alone;

The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven.

That the saying of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he spoke, signifying what death he should die.

And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew, Golgotha:

They said therefore among themselves, Let us not tear it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which said, They parted my garments among them, and for my clothing they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.

Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulcher, in which was never man yet laid.

Jesus said unto her, Mary. She turned, and said unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Teacher.

And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book:

Jesus said unto them, Bring of the fish which you have now caught.

And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

Until the day in which he was taken up, after he through the Holy Spirit had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen:

And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, said he, you have heard of me.

Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey.

Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit by the mouth of David spoke before concerning Judas, who was guide to them that took Jesus.

Upon which when I had fastened my eyes, I considered, and saw four-footed animals of the earth, and wild beasts, and reptiles, and fowls of the air.

Then tidings of these things came unto the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem: and they sent forth Barnabas, that he should go as far as Antioch.

And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great famine throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar.

Which also they did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.

And he went out, and followed him; and knew not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.
