Let the Christ, the King of Israel, come down now from the cross, that we may see and believe." Those who were crucified with him also reviled him.

When some of those standing near heard this, they said, "Behold, he is calling Elijah."

She went and told those who had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

Later he appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and he rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen him after he had risen.
