Their silver nor their gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of Jehovah's wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of His jealousy. For He shall make even a full, yea, a speedy end of all the dwellers in the land.

Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is the one who watches and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame. And men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague of it was exceedingly great.

A fool's vexation is known in a day, but the astute one covers shame.

A stone is heavy, and sand is heavy; but a fool's wrath is heavier than them both.

And do not be stiffnecked like your fathers. Yield yourselves to Jehovah and enter into His temple which He has sanctified forever. And serve Jehovah your God, so that the fierceness of His wrath may turn away from you.

Call now, is there anyone who will answer you? And to which of the saints will you turn? For vexation kills the fool, and envy slays the simple one.
