'Road' in the Bible

Joash’s servants conspired against him and killed him at Beth-millo on the road that goes down to Silla.

The king of Assyria sent his commanding general, the chief eunuch, and the chief adviser from Lachish to King Hezekiah in Jerusalem, along with a large army. They went up and arrived at Jerusalem. They went and stood at the conduit of the upper pool which is located on the road to the field where they wash and dry cloth.

Because of your rage against me, your complacency has reached my ears. I'll put my hook into your nostrils and my bit into your mouth. Then I'll turn you back on the road by which you came.'

He will go backon the road that he cameand he will not enter this city.This is the Lord’s declaration.
