I cry unto you, and you do not hear me: I stand up, and you regard me not.

{How much less} [when] you say [that] you do not see him, that [the] case [is] {before him}, and you are waiting for him!

Be careful that you do not turn to iniquity,
for that is why you have been tested by affliction.

that you do not say, We have found out wisdom. God has pushed him down, not man.

“For now You number my steps,
You do not observe my sin.

You do not give water to the tired traveller, and from him who has no food you keep back bread.

“If not [and you have nothing to say], listen to me;
Keep silent, and I will teach you wisdom.”

I become afraid of all my sufferings; I know that you do not consider me innocent.

Shall I wait because you do not speak, because they stand still, answering no more?
