for, Herod, stood in fear of John, knowing him to be a man righteous and holy, - and was keeping him safe; and, when he heard him, he paid earnest heed, and, with pleasure, used to listen to him.

and to give a sacrifice, according to that which is said in the law of the Lord - A pair of turtle-doves, or two young pigeons.

And - so to say a word - through Abraham, even Levi who taketh tithes hath paid tithes;

and they blasphemed the God of heaven, by reason of their pain, and by reason of their ulcers, and repented not of their works.

And he will wipe away every tear out of their eyes, - and, death, shall be no more, and grief and outcry and pain shall be no more: the first things, have passed away.
