And her parents were astonished, but he charged them to tell no one what had happened.
And Herod said, "John I have beheaded, but who is this about whom I hear such things?" So he sought to see him.
But when the crowds learned it, they followed him; and he welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who had need of healing.
But he said to them, "You give them something to eat." And they said, "We have no more than five loaves and two fishunless we go and buy food for all these people."
So they answered, "John the Baptist; but others say Elijah; and others say that one of the old prophets has risen again."
And he said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" And Peter answered, "The Christ of God."
But he strictly warned and commanded them to tell this to no one,
For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.
But I tell you truly, there are some standing here who will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God."
But Peter and those with him were heavy with sleep; and when they were fully awake, they saw his glory and the two men who stood with him.

Jesus said to him, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God."
Still another said, "I will follow you, Lord; but first let me go back and say farewell to those at my home."
And he said to them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.
But whenever you enter a town and they do not receive you, go into its streets and say,
But it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment than for you.
Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven."
