In my distress I called upon LORD, and cried to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry before him came into his ears.

Nevertheless he regarded their distress when he heard their cry.

For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem. Thou shall weep no more. He will surely be gracious to thee at the voice of thy cry. When he shall hear, he will answer thee. And though LORD give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet thy teachers shall not be hidden anymore, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers.

If thou return to the Almighty, thou shall be built up, thou put away unrighteousness far from thy tents.

Thou shall make thy prayer to him, and he will hear thee, and thou shall pay thy vows.

At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment went forth, and I have come to tell thee, for thou are greatly beloved. Therefore consider the matter, and understand the vision.
