Now we know that whatever the things the law says, it speaks to those under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world be under judgment to God.
For this cause, even as by one man sin entered into the world, and by sin death; and thus death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Good and upright is Jehovah; therefore will he instruct sinners in the way: The meek will he guide in judgment, and the meek will he teach his way. All the paths of Jehovah are loving-kindness and truth for such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
And hearken unto the supplication of thy servant, and of thy people Israel, when they shall pray toward this place, and hear thou in thy dwelling-place, in the heavens, and when thou hearest, forgive.
For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive, and art of great loving-kindness unto all that call upon thee.
With the Lord our God are mercies and pardons, for we have rebelled against him;
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
but God commends his love to us, in that, we being still sinners, Christ has died for us.
Faithful is the word, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the first.
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, having sent his own Son, in likeness of flesh of sin, and for sin, has condemned sin in the flesh,
And all the tax-gatherers and the sinners were coming near to him to hear him;

And if the righteous is difficultly saved, where shall the impious and the sinner appear?
Behold, the righteous shall be requited on the earth: how much more the wicked and the sinner.
and spared not the old world, but preserved Noe, the eighth, a preacher of righteousness, having brought in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; and having reduced the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha to ashes, condemned them with an overthrow, setting them as an example to those that should afterwards live an ungodly life;

Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from Jehovah, and of them that speak evil against my soul.
Remember, O Jehovah, against the sons of Edom, the day of Jerusalem; who said, Lay it bare, Lay it bare, down to its foundation! Daughter of Babylon, who art to be laid waste, happy he that rendereth unto thee that which thou hast meted out to us. Happy he that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the rock.
Oh that thou wouldest slay the wicked, O +God! And ye men of blood, depart from me.
but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he doth not hear.
Jehovah is far from the wicked; but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.
And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you; yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
But we know that God does not hear sinners; but if any one be God-fearing and do his will, him he hears.
Do ye not know that unrighteous persons shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not err: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who make women of themselves, nor who abuse themselves with men, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor abusive persons, nor the rapacious, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
Evil pursueth sinners; but to the righteous good shall be repaid. A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children; but the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the righteous man.
Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
The face of Jehovah is against them that do evil, to cutoff the remembrance of them from the earth:
but the transgressors shall be destroyed together; the future of the wicked shall be cut off.
But the ruin of the transgressors and of the sinners shall be together; and they that forsake Jehovah shall be consumed.
Behold, the day of Jehovah cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the earth desolate; and he will destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
The sinners in Zion are afraid; trembling hath surprised the hypocrites: Who among us shall dwell with the consuming fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting flames?
Thy way and thy doings have procured these things unto thee; this is thy wickedness, yea, it is bitter, yea, it reacheth unto thy heart.
All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, who say, Evil shall not overtake nor befall us.
But the present heavens and the earth by his word are laid up in store, kept for fire unto a day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
