When He said, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to disappear.

Sacrifice and offering You have not desired,
But [instead] You have prepared a body for Me [to offer];

Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;

concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the grave; from whence, in a figurative sense, be may be said to have been recover'd.
