'Terror' in the Bible
The fear and terror of you will be in every living creature on the earth, every bird of the sky, every creature that crawls on the ground, and all the fish of the sea. They are placed under your authority.
As the sun was setting, a deep sleep fell on Abram, and suddenly great terror and darkness descended on him.

No one will be able to stand against you. The LORD your God will instill terror and fear of you throughout the entire land wherever you go, just as he promised you.
