'Whose' in the Bible
Judah was the father of Perez and Zerah by Tamar, Perez was the father of Hezron, and Hezron the father of Ram.
Salmon was the father of Boaz by Rahab, Boaz was the father of Obed by Ruth, and Obed the father of Jesse.
Jesse was the father of David the king.David was the father of Solomon by Bathsheba who had been the wife of Uriah.
And the son of Jacob was Joseph the husband of Mary, who gave birth to Jesus, whose name is Christ.
Saying, Where is the King of the Jews whose birth has now taken place? We have seen his star in the east and have come to give him worship.
But when he saw a number of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, Offspring of snakes, at whose word are you going in flight from the wrath to come?
I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
And when he was walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon, whose other name was Peter, and Andrew, his brother, who were putting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.
Happy are those whose heart's desire is for righteousness: for they will have their desire.
But I say to you that everyone whose eyes are turned on a woman with desire has had connection with her in his heart.
Do not give that which is holy to the dogs, or put your jewels before pigs, for fear that they will be crushed under foot by the pigs whose attack will then be made against you.
After this Jesus went to the house of Peter, whose mother-in-law he found ill in bed with fever.
And when Jesus was going from there, he saw a man whose name was Matthew, seated at the place where taxes were taken; and he said to him, Come after me. And he got up and went after him.
Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus;
Beware of men [whose nature is to act in opposition to God], for they will hand you over to the courts and flog you in their synagogues;
If I cast out the demons by [the help of] Beelzebul (Satan), by whom do your sons drive them out? For this reason they will be your judges.
So that the people were full of wonder when they saw that those who had no voice were talking, the feeble were made strong, those whose bodies were broken had the power of walking, and the blind were able to see: and they gave glory to the God of Israel.
“Woe (judgment is coming) to the world because of stumbling blocks and temptations to sin! It is inevitable that stumbling blocks come; but woe to the person on whose account or through whom the stumbling block comes!
And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?
Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.
Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The Son of David.
And he who takes an oath by the Temple, takes it by the Temple and by him whose house it is
That slave whose master finds him working when he comes will be rewarded.
Then the chief priests and the elders of the people gathered in the courtyard of the [elegant home of the Jewish] high priest, whose name was Caiaphas,
Then He returned to the disciples and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Listen, the hour [of My sacrifice] is at hand and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners [whose way and nature is to oppose God].
Now the ones who had arrested Jesus led him to Caiaphas, the high priest, in whose house the experts in the law and the elders had gathered.
Then what was spoken through the prophet Jeremiah was fulfilled:They took the 30 pieces of silver, the price of Him whose price was set by the Israelites,
And at that time they were holding a notorious prisoner [guilty of insurrection and murder], called Barabbas.
John came, and gave baptism in the waste land, preaching baptism as a sign of forgiveness of sin for those whose hearts were changed.
And preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose.
And he went again into the Synagogue; and there was a man there whose hand was dead.
For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:
And they brought it. And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription? And they said unto him, Caesar's.
In the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall she be of them? for the seven had her to wife.
And in his teaching he said, Be on your watch against the scribes, whose pleasure it is to go about in long robes and be respected in the market-places,
He came back a third time and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Enough [of that]! The hour has come. Look, the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners.
In the days of Herod [the Great], king of Judea, there was a certain priest whose name was Zacharias, of the division of Abijah. His wife was a descendant of Aaron [the first high priest of Israel], and her name was Elizabeth.
And he will go before his face in the spirit and power of Elijah, turning the hearts of fathers to their children, and wrongdoers to the way of righteousness; to make ready a people whose hearts have been turned to the Lord.
And the angel, answering, said, I am Gabriel, whose place is before God; I have been sent to say these words to you and to give you this good news.
To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
He has demonstrated power with his arm; he has scattered those whose pride wells up from the sheer arrogance of their hearts.
And all those to whose ears it came were full of wonder at the things said by the keepers of the sheep.
And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.
And all to whose ears it came were full of wonder at his knowledge and the answers which he gave.

The disciple is not greater than his master, but everyone whose learning is complete will be like his master.
Now when the Pharisee in whose house he was saw it, he said to himself, This man, if he was a prophet, would be conscious what sort of woman this is who has put her hands on him, that she is a sinner.
Simon, in answer, said, It seems he whose debt was greater. And he said, Your decision is right.
and lo, there came a man, whose name is Jairus, and he was a chief of the synagogue, and having fallen at the feet of Jesus, was calling on him to come to his house;
“Let these words sink into your ears: the Son of Man is going to be betrayed and handed over to men [who are His enemies].”
Then turning to His disciples, Jesus said privately, “Blessed [joyful, spiritually enlightened, and favored by God] are the eyes which see what you see,
Now if I drive out the demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons [the Jewish exorcists] drive them out? For this reason they will be your judges.
But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?
That slave whose master finds him working when he comes will be rewarded.
There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
It is like a mustard seed which a man drops into the soil in his garden, and it grows and becomes a tree in whose branches the birds roost."
There in front of Him was a man whose body was swollen with fluid.
And to them, He said, “Which of you whose son or ox falls into a well, will not immediately pull him out on the Sabbath day?”
Everyone who puts away his wife and takes another, is a false husband: and he who is married to a woman whose husband has put her away, is no true husband to her.

saying that the Son of Man must be handed over to sinful men, and be crucified, and on the third day rise [from death to life].”
And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?
There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
Whose birth was from God and not from blood, or from an impulse of the flesh and man's desire.
For He it is from whose fulness we have all received, and grace upon grace.
He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe's latchet I am not worthy to unloose.
Now there was a man from the Pharisees, a leader of the Jews, whose name was Nicodemus.
The wind goes where its pleasure takes it, and the sound of it comes to your ears, but you are unable to say where it comes from and where it goes: so it is with everyone whose birth is from the Spirit.
There is no one who has gone up to Heaven, but there is One who has come down from Heaven, namely the Son of Man whose home is in Heaven.

“I assure you and most solemnly say to you, the person who hears My word [the one who heeds My message], and believes and trusts in Him who sent Me, has (possesses now) eternal life [that is, eternal life actually begins—the believer is transformed], and does not come into judgment and condemnation, but has passed [over] from death into life.
they who have done what is right to the resurrection of Life, and they whose actions have been evil to the resurrection of judgement.
And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven?
The writings of the prophets say, And they will all have teaching from God. Everyone whose ears have been open to the teaching of the Father comes to me.
He who speaks on his own accord seeks glory and honor for himself. But He who seeks the glory and the honor of the One who sent Him, He is true, and there is no unrighteousness or deception in Him.
Then some of the people of Jerusalem said, Is not this the man whose death is desired?
The father whose sons you are is the Devil; and you desire to do what gives him pleasure. *He* was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand firm in the truth--for there is no truth in him. Whenever he utters his lie, he utters it out of his own store; for he is a liar, and the father of lies.
"He whose name is Jesus," he answered, "made clay and smeared my eyes with it, and then told me to go to Siloam and wash. So I went and washed and obtained sight."
Now the Jews had no belief in the statement that he had been blind and was now able to see, till they sent for the father and mother of the man whose eyes had been made open,
But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
