Through the blessing of the righteous a city is built up, but what the wicked say tears it down.
Some speak rashly like the cutting of a sword, but what the wise say promotes healing.
What a fool says brings a rod to his back, but the words of the wise protect them.
A true witness does not say what is false, but a false witness is breathing out deceit.
A true witness is the saviour of lives; but he who says false things is a cause of deceit.
What the wise have to say disseminates knowledge, but it's not in the heart of fools to do so.

Is [not only a thief but also] the companion of a man who destroys.
A man who says smooth things to his neighbour is stretching out a net for his steps.
A man who takes part with a thief has hate for his soul; he is put under oath, but says nothing.

They shall be as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson,
They shall be like wool.
Therefore the Lord God of hosts,
The Mighty One of Israel, declares:
“Ah, I will be freed of My adversaries
And avenge Myself on My enemies.
And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
The Lord says, "I will make youths their officials; malicious young men will rule over them.
When a man shall take hold of his brother, in his father's house, and shall say: Thou hast clothing; be our chief, and let this ruin be under thy hand;
Then he will say with an oath, I will not be a helper, for in my house there is no bread or clothing: I will not let you make me a ruler of the people.
"For Jerusalem has stumbled, and Judah has fallen, because what they say and do opposes the LORD; they keep defying him.
Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.

Declares the Lord God of hosts.
The Lord also says:
walking with heads held high
and seductive eyes,
going along with prancing steps,
jingling their ankle bracelets,
Seven women will grab hold of one man at that time. They will say, "We will provide our own food, we will provide our own clothes; but let us belong to you -- take away our shame!"
And it was he being left in Zion and he remaining in Jerusalem, he shall say to him holy, all being written for their life in Jerusalem.
“And now, says the Lord, O inhabitants of Jerusalem and men of Judah,
Judge between Me and My vineyard (My people).
