The evil spirit answered them, “I know Jesus, and I recognize Paul—but who are you?”

This became known to everyone who lived in Ephesus, both Jews and Greeks. Then fear fell on all of them, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.

“I answered, ‘Who are You, Lord?’

“He said to me, ‘I am Jesus the Nazarene, the One you are persecuting!’

After some days, when Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was Jewish, he sent for Paul and listened to him on the subject of faith in Christ Jesus.

Instead they had some disagreements with him about their own religion and about a certain Jesus, a dead man Paul claimed to be alive.
