what I said, what I preached, did not rest on the plausible arguments of 'wisdom' but on the proof supplied by the Spirit and its power,

so that your faith might not rest on any human 'wisdom' but on the power of God.

Have we no right to travel with a Christian wife, like the rest of the apostles, like the brothers of the Lord, like Cephas himself?

Let only two or three prophets speak, while the rest exercise their judgment upon what is said.
