And hearing these things, Jesus marveled at him. And turning to the crowd following Him, He said, I say to you, I have not found such faith, no, not in Israel.

And John, calling near a certain two of his disciples, sent them to Jesus, saying, Are You He that should come, or do we look for another?

And answering, Jesus said to them, Go and tell John what you have seen and heard; that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the gospel is proclaimed to the poor.

And answering, Jesus said to him, Simon, I have something to say to you. And he said, Teacher, speak.

And seeing Jesus, he cried out and fell down before Him and said with a loud voice, What is to me and to You, Jesus, Son of God the Most High? I beseech You, Do not torment me!

And Jesus asked him, saying, What is your name? And he said, Legion; because many demons had entered into him.

And they went out to see what had been done. And they came to Jesus and found the man from whom the demons had departed sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind. And they were afraid.

And the man out of whom the demons had gone out begged Him, desiring to be with Him. But Jesus sent him away, saying,

Return to your own house and declare what God has done to you. And he went his way and proclaimed throughout all the city what great things Jesus had done to him.

And it happened when Jesus had returned, the people received Him. For they were all waiting for Him.

And behold, a man named Jairus came, and he was a synagogue-ruler. And he fell down at Jesus' feet and begged Him that He would come into his house.

And Jesus said, Who touched Me? And all having denied, Peter and those with Him said, Master, the crowd presses and jostles You, and You say, Who touched Me?

And Jesus said, Someone has touched Me, for I know that power has gone out of Me.

And in their parting from Him, it happened that Peter said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here. And let us make three tabernacles, one for You and one for Moses and one for Elijah; not knowing what he said.

And when the voice occurred, Jesus was found alone. And they were silent, and told no one in those days anything which they had seen.

And answering, Jesus said, O unbelieving generation, one having been perverted, how long shall I be with you and endure you? Bring your son here.

And as he was still coming, the demon violently convulsed and tore him. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit and healed the child and delivered him again to his father.

And they were all amazed at the majesty of God. But as all were marveling at all things which Jesus did, He said to His disciples,

And seeing the argument of their heart, Jesus took a child and set him beside Him.

And Jesus said to him, Do not prevent him, for he who is not against us is for us.

Jesus said to him, Let the dead bury their dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.

And answering, Jesus said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell among robbers, who stripped him of his clothing and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

And he said, The one doing the deed of mercy to him. And Jesus said to him, Go and do likewise.

And Jesus answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things.

And answering, Jesus said to them, Do you suppose that these Galileans were sinners above all the Galileans because they suffered such things?

And when Jesus saw her, He called and said to her, Woman, you are delivered from your infirmity.

And answering, the synagogue ruler, being angry because Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, said to the crowd, There are six days in which it is right to work. Therefore in them come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.

And answering, Jesus spoke to the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day?

And they lifted voice and said, Jesus, Master, pity us!

And answering, Jesus said, Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine?

And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, He said, How hardly those having riches shall enter into the kingdom of God!

And they told him that Jesus of Nazareth passed by.

And he cried, saying, Jesus, Son of David! Have mercy on me.

And Jesus stood and commanded him to be brought to Him. And when he had come near, He asked him,

And Jesus said to him, Receive your sight! Your faith has saved you.

And he sought to see Jesus, to see who He was. And he could not because of the press, because he was little in stature.

And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him. And He said to him, Zaccheus! Hurry and come down, for today I must stay at your house.

And they brought him to Jesus. And they threw their garments on the colt. And they set Jesus on it.

And as they led Him away, they laid hold on one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country. And they laid the cross on him, that he might carry it after Jesus.

But turning to them, Jesus said, Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for Me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.

This man went to Pilate and begged the body of Jesus.

And while they talked and reasoned, it happened that Jesus Himself drew near and went with them.

And He said to them, What things? And they said to Him, The things concerning Jesus of Nazareth, who was a man, a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people,

And as they spoke this, Jesus Himself stood in their midst, and said to them, Peace to you!
