And the rest of Gilead and all Bashan the kingdom of Og, I gave unto the half tribe of Manasseh: all the region of Argob with all Bashan was called the land of Giants.

until the LORD have given rest unto your brethren as well as unto you, and until they also have conquered the land which the LORD your God hath given them beyond Jordan: and then return again every man unto his possession which I have given you.'

for ye are not yet come to rest nor unto the inheritance which the LORD your God giveth you.

But ye shall go over Jordan and dwell in the land which the LORD your God giveth you to inherit, and he shall give you rest from all your enemies round about: and ye shall dwell in safety.

Therefore when the LORD thy God hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit and possess: see that thou put out the name of Amalek from under heaven, and forget not.

And among these nations thou shalt be no small season, and yet shalt have no rest for the sole of thy foot. For the LORD shall give thee there a trembling heart and dazing eyes and sorrow of mind.
