And He said, Abba, Father, all things are possible to Thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless, not what I will, but what thou wilt.
Father, if thou art willing take away this cup from me---nevertheless, not my will but thine be done.
Jesus saith unto them, My food is to do the will of Him that sent me, and to finish his work.
I can do nothing of my self: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father that hath sent me.
then said I, Lo I come, as in the volume of the book it is written of me, to do thy will, O God."
But He said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.
And He saith unto them, Let us go into the neighbouring towns, that I may preach there also; for this was the end of my coming.
"The spirit of the Lord is upon me to the end, for which He hath anointed me: He hath sent me to publish good tidings to the poor, to heal the broken-hearted, to proclaim deliverance to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to release them that are bruised, and to preach the acceptable year of the Lord."
And Jesus went from thence, and retired into the parts adjacent to Tyre and Sidon. And there came out of those quarters a Canaanitish woman, and cried to Him saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; for my daughter is grievously tormented by a demon. But he answered her not a word: and his disciples came and intreated Him, saying, Send her away, for she crieth importunately after us.read more.
But he answered and said, I am sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. However, she came and worshipped Him, saying, Lord help me. But he answered, It is not fit to take the children's bread and throw it to dogs: and she said, True, Lord; yet the dogs eat of the crumbs that fall from the table of their masters. Then Jesus answering, said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it therefore unto thee as thou desirest. And her daughter was cured from that very hour.
And He arose and went from thence to the borders of Tyre and Sidon; and going into a house He would have had no body know it, but He could not be concealed: for a woman, whose child was possessed by an evil spirit, having heard of Him, came and fell at his feet, (now the woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation,) and she besought Him to cast out the demon from her daughter.read more.
But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be satisfied: for it is not fit to take the children's bread, and throw it to the dogs. And she answered and said unto Him, True, Lord, yet the dogs under the table, eat of the children's crumbs. And He said unto her, For this saying, go thy way, the demon is gone out of thy daughter. And she went away to her house, and found the demon gone out, and her daughter laid on the bed.
Thus, I tell you, there shall be joy in heaven over one repenting sinner, more than over ninety-nine righteous persons, that have no need of repentance.
Even so it is not the will of your heavenly Father, that any one of these little ones should be lost.
And He said to them, Go, tell that fox, Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and to-morrow; and in a little while I am to be perfected:
Now is the judgement of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
After this Jesus knowing that all things were now finished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.
Wherefore we are also ambitious, whether dwelling in the body, or out of it, to be well-pleasing to Him.
For this cause we also, from the day that we heard it, cease not to pray for you, and to request that ye may be filled with the knowledge of his will, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding: that ye may walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Yea doubtless and I count all but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all, and I account them but dung, that I may gain Christ, and be found in Him,
and this is life eternal, to know Thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.
and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable to his death;
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ: to Him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
Abide therefore in me, and I will abide in you: for as the branch cannot bear fruit of it self, unless it abide in the vine; so neither can ye, except ye abide in me.
and ye shall be hated by all men for professing my name; but he that perseveres to the end shall certainly be saved.
And ye shall be hated by all men for my sake: but he that endures to the end shall be saved.

I extol my office, that if possible I may excite to emulation my brethren according to the flesh, and may save some of them:
being studious however so to preach the gospel, not where Christ had been named, least I should build upon another man's foundation;
For if I preach the gospel, yet I have no ground for boasting; because I am under necessity to do it: and wo is me if I do not preach the Gospel.
preach the word, be instant both in season and out of season; convince, rebuke, exhort with all long-suffering and instruction.
till we all arrive in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, at perfect maturity, even to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.
Be ye therefore perfect in love and goodness, as your Father who is in heaven is perfect.
for those whom he foreknew, He also predetermined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be as the first-born among many brethren: and whom He before ordained, these He also called;
But we all with unveiled face beholding, as in a glass, the glory of the Lord, are transformed according to the same image from glory to glory, as proceeding from the Spirit of the Lord.

Behold, I tell you a mystery: we shall not all sleep; but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the sound of the last trumpet (for the trumpet shall sound) and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed:
For we who are in this tabernacle do groan, being burthened; wherefore we desire, not to be wholly unclothed, but to put on immortality, that the mortal part may be swallowed up in life. Now He, that hath wrought us hereunto, is God; who hath also given us the earnest of the Spirit.
then we who are living and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we for ever be with the Lord.
Beloved, we are now the children of God, but it doth not yet appear what we shall be: we know however, that, when He shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is.
In my Father's house there are many mansions; if not, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. And as I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to myself, that where I am, ye may also be.
And this is the will of the Father who sent me, that of all that He hath given me, I should lose none, but should raise them up at the last day.
