And all creatures, which are in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and in the sea, and all that are in them heard I, saying, "Blessing, honour, glory, and power be unto him that sitteth upon the seat, and unto the lamb for evermore."
And the time of the dwelling of the children of Israel, which they dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years. And when the four hundred and thirty years were expired, even the self same day departed all the hosts of the LORD out of the land of Egypt. This is a night to be observed to the LORD, because he brought them out of the land of Egypt. O praise the LORD, ye that fear him! Magnify him, all ye seed of Jacob, and fear him, all ye seed of Israel.
Offer unto God thanksgiving, and pay thy vows unto the most highest. And call upon me in the time of trouble; so will I hear thee, and thou shalt praise me."
O LORD, thou art my God, I will praise thee, and magnify thy name: For thou bringest marvelous things to pass, according to thine old counsels, truly and steadfastly. Thou makest of towns, heaps of stone; and of head Therefore shall the mighty people give glory unto thee, and the cities of the cruel Heathen must fear thee.
Then shall Jerusalem be called the LORD's seat, and all Heathen shall be gathered unto it, for the name of the LORD's sake, which shall be set up at Jerusalem. And from that time forth, they shall follow no more the imagination of their own froward heart.
And I will return the captivity of Judah and Israel: and will set them up again as they were afore. From all misdeeds wherein they have offended against me, I will cleanse them: And all their blasphemies which they have done against me, when they regarded me not, I will forgive them. And this shall get me a name, and praise and honour, among all people of the earth, which shall hear all the good, that I will show unto them: Yea, they shall be afraid and astonished at all the good deeds and benefits that I will do for them.
Furthermore, brethren, pray for us, that the word of God may have free passage, and be glorified, as it is with you:
And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels about the throne, and about the beasts and the elders, and I heard thousand thousands, saying with a loud voice, "Worthy is the lamb that was killed to receive power, and riches and wisdom, and strength, and honour and glory, and blessing."
Whoso offereth me thanks and praise, he honoureth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation right, will I show the salvation of God."
And when those beasts gave glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the seat, which liveth forever and ever, the twenty four elders fell down before him that sat on the throne, and worshipped him that liveth forever, and cast their crowns before the throne saying, "Thou art worthy, Lord, to receive glory, and honour, and power, for thou hast created all things, and for thy will's sake they are, and were created."
These come unto thee, after the manner of a great people: yea, my people sit down before thee, and hear thy words, but they do not thereafter: for in their mouths they show themselves, as though they were fervent, but their heart goeth after their own covetous lucre.
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, "Phinehas the son of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned mine anger away from the children of Israel, because he was jealous for my sake among them; that I had not consumed the children of Israel in my jealousy. Wherefore, say, 'Behold, I give unto him my covenant of peace,read more.
and he shall have it and his seed after him, even the covenant of the priest's office forever, because he was jealous for his God's sake and made an atonement for the children of Israel.'"
Therefore thus sayeth the LORD, "Forsomuch as this people, when they be in trouble, do honor me with their mouth, and with their lips, whereas their heart nevertheless is far from me; and the fear which they owe unto me, that turn they to men's laws and doctrines;
Either, know ye not how that your bodies are the temple of the holy ghost, which is in you, whom he have of God, and how that ye are not your own? For ye are dearly bought. Therefore glorify ye God in your bodies and in your spirits, for they are God's.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercifulness of God, that ye make your bodies a living sacrifice: holy and acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable serving of God.
And we always bear in our bodies the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus might appear in our bodies. For we which live, are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might appear in our mortal flesh.
Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstlings of all thine increase:
The isles also shall gather them unto me, and especially the ships of the sea: that they may bring the sons from far, and their silver and their gold with them, unto the name of the LORD thy God, unto the holy one of Israel, that hath glorified thee.
and not so only, but is also chosen of the congregations to be a fellow with us in our journey, as concerning this benevolence that is ministered by us unto the praise of the Lord, and to stir up your prompt mind.
He that doth a poor man wrong, blasphemeth his maker; but whoso hath pity of the poor, doth honour unto God.

Pure devotion, and undefiled before God the father, is this: To visit the friendless, and widows in their adversity, and to keep himself unspotted of the world.
If ye will not hear it, nor regard it, to give the glory unto my name, sayeth the LORD of Hosts, I will send a curse upon you, and will curse your blessings. Yea, curse them will I if ye do not take heed.

Nevertheless, we yet see not all things subdued unto him. But him that was made less than the angels, we see that it was Iesus: which is crowned with glory and honour for the suffering of death; that he, by the grace of God, should taste of death for all men.
And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also, which dwelt at Ephesus, and fear came on them all. And they magnified the name of the Lord Jesus.

Receive him therefore in the Lord with all gladness, and make much of such:
