'Without' in the Bible

Eyes of pride, a false tongue, hands which take life without cause;

Can a man scoop fire into his bosom without burning his clothes?

Can a man walk on burning coalswithout scorching his feet?

He who takes another man's wife is without all sense: he who does it is the cause of destruction to his soul.

I saw among the young men one without sense,

Now is she without, now in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.)
