Passing through the valley of Weeping they make it a place of springs; Yea, the early rain covereth it with blessings.

Righteousness and judgment Are the fixed place of Thy throne, Kindness and truth go before Thy face.

They devise evil against me instead of good, and hatred in place of my love.

He loved to curse others, so those curses have come upon him. He had no desire to bless anyone, so he has experienced no blessings.
