And I will turn back thy judges as in the beginning, and thy counsellors as in the beginning: after this he shall call to thee, The city of justice, the faithful city.

And they shall enter into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of clay, - Because of the terribleness of Yahweh, And for his majestic splendour, When he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

“You are not to say, ‘It is a conspiracy!’
In regard to all that this people call a conspiracy,

Lift up a banner on a barren mountain.
Call out to them.
Wave your hand, and they will go
through the gates of the nobles.

But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
