For the commandments, "You must not commit adultery; you must not murder; you must not steal; you must not have an evil desire," and any other commandment if there is any, are summed up in this command, "You must love your neighbor as you do yourself."
The night has advanced toward dawn; the day is near. So then we must lay aside the works of darkness, and put on the weapons of light.
The man who eats anything must not look down on the man who does not do so, nor must the man who does not do so condemn the man who does, for God has fully accepted him.
One person prefers [one] day over [another] day, and another person regards every day [alike]. Each one must be fully convinced in his own mind.

Now we who are strong ought to be patient with the weaknesses of those who are not strong and must stop pleasing ourselves.
Each one of us must practice pleasing his neighbor, to help in his immediate upbuilding for his eternal good.
Brothers, for the sake of our Lord Jesus Christ I beg of you all to drop these party-cries. There must be no cliques among you; you must regain your common temper and attitude.

To married people I give this command (not really I, but the Lord): A wife must not leave her husband.

and a woman who has a husband that is not a believer, but he consents to live with her, must not divorce her husband.

[Note: For a correct understanding of this chapter, it must be kept in mind that Paul is addressing a misuse ofthe gift of speaking in languages supernaturally. The Corinthians were doing this in the wrong way and for the wrong purpose].
But now, brothers, if I come to you speaking in languages [supernaturally], how will I benefit you unless my speaking consists of a revelation [from God], or a [message of] knowledge [See 12:8], or a prophecy, or a teaching? [i.e., the message must be intelligible to be beneficial].
So since you are ambitious for spiritual endowments, you must try to excel in them in ways that will do good to the church.
Therefore, the man who speaks in ecstasy must pray for power to explain what he says.
Brothers, you must not be children mentally. In evil be babies, but mentally be mature.
Then what is the right course, brothers? When you meet together, suppose every one of you has a song, a teaching, a revelation, an ecstatic utterance, or an explanation of one; it must all be for the good of all.
If anybody speaks in ecstasy, there must be only two, or three at most, and let one speak at a time, and someone explain what he says.
But if there is no interpreter, he must be silent in the church, but let him speak to himself and to God.
and if anything is revealed to another who is seated, the one who is speaking must stop.
Women are to keep quiet in church, for they are not allowed to speak. They must take a subordinate place, just as the Law says.
If anyone thinks he is a prophet or a spiritual person, he must acknowledge that what I am writing to you is the Lord's command.
Everything must always be done in a proper and orderly way.
For he must reign till he have put all his enemies under his feet.
