And He said to them, Do you do well to set aside the commandment of God, so that you may keep your own tradition?

And he said to him, Every man at the beginning sets forth good wine, and when men have drunk well, then that which is worse. You have kept the good wine until now.

And Jacob's well was there. Jesus, therefore, being wearied with His journey, sat thus upon the well. It was about the sixth hour.

And He commanded the people to recline on the ground. And He took the seven loaves and gave thanks, and He broke and gave to His disciples to set before them. And they set them before the people.

How much better is a man then than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.

So then he who gives in marriage does well. But he who does not give in marriage does better.

For it is better, if the will of God wills it, to suffer for well-doing than for evil-doing.
