And they told the king, saying, "Behold, Nathan the prophet." And when he came in before the king, he bowed himself before the king with his face to the ground.

Then Bathsheba bowed with her face to the ground, paying homage to the king, and said, "Let my lord king David live forever."

The king turned his face about, and blessed all the assembly of Israel: and all the assembly of Israel stood.

And as Obadiah was on the way, behold, Elijah met him; and he recognized him and fell on his face and said, "Is it you, my lord Elijah?"

So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he bowed himself down toward the ground, and put his face between his knees.
