to illumine those who sat in darkness, and in the shadow of death, to direct our feet into the way of peace.

and that in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone."

But what went ye out to see? A man clothed in delicate garments? Behold, they who indulge in soft raiment, and delicate food, are in king's palaces.

until I put thine enemies for a footstool of thy feet."

And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden under foot of the Gentiles, until the times appointed for the Gentiles shall come to their period.

And he said unto them, O ye void of understanding, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken!

look upon my hands and my feet, that it is my very self: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

And thus speaking, he exposed to them his hands and his feet.
